Digital IIR Filter Design using Bilinear Transformation in MATLAB

In modern days, digital filtering is necessary in many Digital Signal Processing (DSP) applications and electronic devices. Bilinear transformation of a prototype analog filter is the most suitable digital filter design technique as it eliminates the effect of aliasing compared with the other techniques such as impulse invariant. In this paper, the Bilinear IIR filter design technique is demonstrated using MATLAB simulations.
