Some Features of Photoelectrical Properties of Highly Efficient Solar Cells Based on Si

The aim of this work was to improve the efficiency and stability of large-area thin-film solar cells by studying new materials and methods. Thus, we are studying a new concept, which is to integrate nanoparticles into the anti-reflection layer of Si3N4 (silicon nitride), in order to increase the efficiency of solar cells. In this paper, we study silicon (Si) nanoparticles in a matrix and present the results of a study of solar cells with a thin-film solution based on Si.
