Control System with Field Weakening of Synchronous Motor Drive

Improving of dynamic performance of a control system of a synchronous drive with field weakening is shown. The controllers of the angular speed of the rotor of a synchronous machine, d and q components of the stator current of the control system have synthesized using the concept of inverse dynamics problems and minimization of local functionalities in the form of acceleration energy and kinetic energy. Mathematical modelling has established that the application of control algorithms of non-traditional structure provides high dynamic characteristics in the entire control range and robustness to the action of parametric and coordinate perturbations. The need of control adaptation and compensation of signals of mutual influence is excluded. Limitation of the output voltage and current of the stator in the second control zone is carried out by using the mode of attenuation of the magnetic field and setting the required trajectory of the angular velocity of the rotor of the synchronous motor.
