Experiences of Blended Learning using i-LearnV3 Platform in Semiconductor Device Course

This study was conducted to demonstrate i-LearnV3 as a tool for promoting blended learning (BL) mode in higher education. This research engaged two group (N=41) of Electrical Engineering students who enrolled in a Semiconductor Device course. Positive impacts have been reported regarding the usefulness of i-LearnV3. This paper also focus on the students' acceptance and satisfaction with using online discussion forum and video-based lessons as the components of the BL module in the i-LearnV3 portal.
