Original Solution of an Automatic Device for Medicament Delivery

It is well known that, for a high health quality, automated delivering medication doses brings benefits for patients related to an increased compliance and improved safety of the medical act, and also a good understanding of the treatment. Starting from this target, the paper presents the construction of an original device for automated medicament (tablets or pills) delivery that allows the medication to be delivered in controlled doses, at well-established time intervals and in the correct sequence to avoid unwanted drug interference, giving the patient the opportunity to be warned about when the treatment should be administered. SolidWorks 3D CAD and Motion simulation packages have been used to design the device.
