The results of modeling electrical processes in low-temperature plasma modification of metal surfaces

The results of modeling electrical processes that occur during low-temperature plasma modification of metal surfaces using the model developed by the authors are presented. The main regularities of the influence of operating parameters (the magnetron anode current and the potential supplied to the product), product parameters and the product surface layer characteristics on the behavior of the electric signal have been identified.
