A Study and Design of a Smart Low-Cost Electric Energy Generator

Due to the high rate of industrialization in the developing countries the demand for electricity is increasing continuously at high rates. Many types of electronics products are available in the market which consumes a lot of electric energy. However, most of the available power sources generate pollutants and contamination which cause serious hazard the environment. Hence researchers continuously look for a better engineering solution to minimizes these problems and to by finding suitable environment to fulfill the power demand. This paper introduces a simple low-cost free energy electrical generator which aims to minimize the mechanical energy input in order to secure the global from hazardous. This research deals with the study of free energy and its generation using a flywheel system. A complete system is designed and tested. It is found that the energy generated directly proportional to the increment in the flywheel diameter. Various parameters were determined to maximize the free energy form the proposed generator. It is observed that the proposed system does not produce any kind of hazard or pollution during the stage of energy generation.
