The services needed are also varied, such as website development, design and multimedia, marketing, writing, and other fields. The research focus is how digital marketing communication is done by the XYZ web. The research used descriptive qualitative method that inquiry approach useful for exploring and understanding a central phenomenon. The result showed that in supporting digital marketing communications, XYZ web uses the website that the important roles for companies engaged in digital. Freelancers who get trusted labels and verified labels, will get one of the advantages of being on the front sheet compared to freelancers who do not yet have both labels. The conclusion is digital marketing communication activities can run effectively by utilizing a simple website platform and making the website visitors comfortable.
