The Constructing Method of Hierarchical Decision-Making Model in Air Combat

With the rapid development of information technology and weaponry, modern air combat has become increasingly sophisticated, dynamic, strong confrontation, and complex influencing factors, and the requirements for pilots are getting higher and higher. In particular, the requirements for accurate judgment and rapid response decision-making need fighters to decide in more spatial dimensions and have approached or exceeded the limits of human capabilities. The study of air combat agent could assist pilots to make tactical decisions quickly, which can effectively compress the time of the OODA ring, and help pilots win more battlefield initiative in air combat. This paper first analyzes the dimensional complexity of air combat decision-making, then proposes a hierarchical decision-making dimension reduction method using empirical knowledge, constructs hierarchical decision-making mode and a typical case of air combat is given to analyze the effectiveness of the hierarchical decision-making method.
