Research on high reliable welding technology of aerospace plane power transformer

Multi-layer PCB windings is used for the planar power transformer, and the PCB windings are interconnected by silver-plated light, and then bonded by magnetic cores. In view of the phenomenon that pin short circuit is easily happened during the welding process of this kind of transformer, the produce process of planar power transformer and the electrified welding process of planar power transformer are analyzed, an improved experiment is designed, and combining failure mechanism analysis, experimental simulation and experimental data. the causes of pin short circuit and the rules of solder diffusion in the welding process of planar power transformer with silver-plated light pins are summarized, and the protective measures are verified by experiments. The improvement and remedial methods are determined, which can be a reference for the similar process design of planar transformer.
