An efficient Multi-Objective Simulation-based Approach for Low Voltage Low Power Analog ICs

This paper presents a multi-objective optimization based design, which use the simulation-based technique to design low voltage low power (LVLP) CMOS analog circuits performances. This work is motivated by the great demand for analog design methods which optimize the process of sizing transistors that operate in weak inversion mode. The advantage of the presented technique compared to other methods for circuit design is its accuracy. As a case studies, LVLP Current conveyors and Current Follower Operational Amplifier based on weak inversion MOSFETs, was designed in 0.18μm CMOS technology with a supply voltage of ±0.5V.
