Testing the Sampling System Using Josephson Arbitrary Waveform Synthesizer Established in TÜBİTAK UME

This paper firstly briefly presents the JAWS system established in TÜBİTAK UME and the Sampling System already used in previous comparisons. Then sampling conditions used for sampling the JAWS output and algorithm used for estimating the measurement results are described. Measurement results show that the sampling system is able to measure AC voltages up to 500 Hz more accurately than the established AC voltage metrology at small AC Voltages.
