Modeling and control for gas-lubricated systems with linear motors

Gas-lubricated systems with linear motors are widely used in many areas. However, the systems have the characteristics of parameter perturbation, non-linearity and susceptibility to external interference and the characteristics may degrade system performance. In order to improve system performance, the modeling and control problem of gas-lubricated systems with linear motors is considered. In this paper, the model of the considered system is proposed and LADRC, which is more effective than PID control, is introduced. Simulations show that LADRC can achieve higher precision dynamic following ability, better anti-interference and robustness.
