Parkinsonian State Online Modnlation based on BP Nenral Network

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurological degenerative disease that is difficult to treat, and patients often suffer a severe decline in quality of life. As an effective treatment for PD, deep brain stimulation (DBS) is currently used in open-loop form. In order to overcome the shortcomings of open-loop DBS that cannot elfectively respond to the changes in patient states and excessive energy consumption, many researchers have studied closed-loop DBS. But the parameters need to be determined in advance, and real-time online control of PD cannot be achieved. To solve the above problem, an online modulation method of Parkinson's state based on backpropagation (BP) neural network was proposed, which realized the online modulation of PD state, and achieved excellent control effect.
