Requirement Demonstration of Marine Enforcement Ships Based on Task-Capability

To scientifically conduct the requirement demonstration of marine enforcement ships, capability-based strategic thinking in the requirement demonstration of weaponry is introduced, and a new mode of requirement demonstration on marine enforcement ships is put forward. On the basis of analyzing the fundamental meaning and framework of this mode, mapping relationship between enforcement tasks and capability index is built up. Ship requirement solution of basic capability is obtained through the model of capability demand quantization and ship requirement solution which meets the demand of ship capabilities and enforcement tasks is scientifically selected through the model of Network-Set Pair Analysis. At last, a case of the requirement demonstration of marine integrated multifunction enforcement ship is used to verify the feasibility of the method. The result shows that this method is easy and scientific, which can provide decision reference for the development and construction of marine enforcement ships.
