A deceptive moving target generation based on cross-product modulation

Based on the theory of cross-product modulation interference, a new method of generating motion false targets is proposed. The two-dimensional FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) transform is applied to the template image to quickly generate the cross-product modulation signal offline,. Then multiply the motion modulation signal. After the signal multiplication modulation is performed on the intercepted radar signal and then transmitted, a false target can be formed in the SAR-GMTI (Synthetic Aperture Radar-Ground Moving Target Indication) image, and the size and shape of the fake target are flexible and controllable. The paper is organized as follows. Firstly, the basic principle of product modulation interference is introduced. Then the feasibility of SAR-GMTI false target generation method is theoretically analyzed. Finally, the simulation verification is carried out, and the influence of reconnaissance error is studied. The result proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the method.
