An Advanced Algorithm for Spectrum Allocation of Primary Users Based on Cournot Game

In cognitive radio system, the Cournot game model is used for analyzing the spectrum allocation of primary users. Making the spectrum allocation of cognitive wireless networks as the researching background, using the game theory as researching tool and taking player's utility function as researching entry point, it is analyzed that the Nash equilibrium of the primary users and the number of rented spectrums in this paper. Basing on the algorithm proposed by previous researchers, it can be improved that the game algorithm of cognitive radio users in combining the actual environmental conditions of cognitive radio. The main task of this paper is to improve the utility function of cognitive users and introduce the parameter of spectral similarity, so that the improved algorithm can reflect the actual situations and become more complete.
