Breast Cancer: State –of- the-art causes and diagnosis

Cancer is the second main reason of high mortality rates globally and responsible for 9.6 million deaths in 2018 as facts given by WHO. Among all cancers, breast cancer is prevalent cancer diagnosed in women. Men and women both can be the victims of breast cancer but generally it is seen women. About 2.09 million breast cancer cases were diagnosed in 2018 which is very high in number (according to the facts given by WHO). Breast cancer is an intricate and a composite disease, which is increasing the mortality rates among women. It is a disease with which women of earlier era were not comfortable to talk about but now days women talk and share their views openly about this disease. Recently many celebrities were detected with this deadly disease but instead of hiding this fact from public they came up with their views and experiences in public so as to create a sort of awareness program. There are no particular symptoms to identify the disease at early stages and because of this reason mortality rates due to this disease are increasing in rural areas. Exact causes of breast cancer are yet not identified but the general causes observed in breast cancer patients are discussed with the help of this paper. In this paper we will cover up the causes of breast cancer, means to detect breast cancer and types of breast cancer.
