ECU design for BLDC motor using TrueTime

With the current transport, the environment becomes polluted. Electric Vehicle, which is powered by batteries, is the best option for reducing environmental pollution and fuel shortage. The Electric Vehicle's primary element is the motor and its controller. Brushless Direct Current motor used in most of the Electric Vehicle. The high performance, high torque-to-weight ratio, and brushless design make BLDC motor usable. This paper uses the PI controller to investigate the design of an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) for three-phase BLDC motor. To control ECU's PI controller parameter, the NSGA-II (Nondominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm) tool is optimized and applied with the Controller Area Network (CAN) True Time Validation. PI controller gains confirmed use of True Time software tool with CAN to validate the design. By using True Time with Controller Area Network, the IGBT Gate scheduling is supervised and regulated by the PI controller.An efficient optimisation tool is used to regulate the speed controller PI controller parameters. In True Time, the computed gains from the controller are simulated to validate the design to verify the performance in controller for a given switch scheduling. The simulation findings indicate that these techniques are validated.
