Study of Li-Fi Indoor Network Reliability

The increasing number of mobile devices and new technologies that uses Internet of Things requires a new ways of fast and secure data transmitting. The Li-Fi technology is one of the solutions to the problem with the small radio frequency bandwidth using the visible light spectrum to transmit data. The handover realization in Li-Fi networks is very important for increasing the reliability of the network and transmitting all the data before leaving the network. This paper presents a study of Li-Fi indoor network and it's reliability and the ability to properly transmit data for the needs of Internet of Things era.
