International Comparison of Health Human Resource Allocation

Since entering the new era, China's health service has developed rapidly. Based on the panel data of "China health statistics yearbook 2019", this paper made a statistical analysis on the allocation of health human resources in developed and developing countries, and further studied the comprehensive capacity of human resources in these countries based on the entropy-topsis research method. The international comparison of health human resources is conducive to objectively reflecting the development of health resources in China and providing reference for the rational allocation of health human resources in China.
