Design and Implementation of Photo Printer System for Scenic Spot

This paper introduces a novel photo printing system, which is special for scenic spot and based on Web technology, image processing technology and printing technology. The paper describes the design and implementation of photo upload, printing function and photo processing. The photo processing includes photo clipping, e-frame adding, color photo to black white photo, photo rotation. The system is based on B/S web structure, and developed on Flask web framework, PIL image processing library and Win32print module.
