Study on the Influence of College Students’ Personality Traits on Employment Intention Choice

Based on the theory of understanding the influence of college students' personality characteristics and occupational tendency on their employment intention, this study uses the personality trait scale and occupational tendency scale to investigate college students, and makes a statistical analysis of the results. It is noted that there is a strong relationship between employment intention and personality traits. For example, contemporary college students pay great attention to their personal future and career security, and their expectations of social status are relatively low. The richer the resources of college students, the more employment choices they have.
