Study on the Reform of the Physics Experimental Teaching in University Based on Virtual Reality Technology

With the rapid development of the computer network, virtual reality technology has gradually matured and serving as a new generation of information technology with extensive application and development in recent years. It is able to present realistic and vivid experience to the user in the virtual environment produced by multimedia technology. Under the purpose of enhancing the quality of university physics experimental teaching and developing modern talents with innovative and creative abilities, the paper has conducted a wealth of studies on the process of university physics experimental teaching. Based on the practical survey of university physics experiments and the observation of the teaching process in classes, the paper has listed the specific teaching problems existing in the class. In the end, the paper has proposed the application of virtual reality technology in the university physics experimental classes to solve the limitations in current classes and enhance teaching efficiency. It can give students a better understanding of the experimental principles and a better command of the knowledge, finally realizing the purpose of optimizing classes through innovative reform.
