Research on Organization Structure of Distribution Asset Management : Base on Life Cycle Management Theory

Assets of power distribution equipment are the core content of power distribution management. It plays a fundamental role in ensuring reliable power supply and efficient operation of various businesses. Based on the life-cycle management theory, we conducts in-depth research on the organization structure of distribution asset management. This paper mainly draws the following conclusions. First, the differences between the three organizational structures are mainly reflected in the degree and level of integration of distribution asset management business. Second, the maturity of distribution network asset management, team competence, and geographical distribution are the key factors affecting the distribution network's organizational operating model.
