Visual Maintenance Optimization Model Based on The Markov Process

In view of wind turbine traditional time-based preventive maintenance defects specifically "over maintenance" and "under maintenance", in this paper, according to life distribution and degradation rule of wind turbine equipment, given that wind turbine system cannot be restored to its initial work condition by means of reasonable maintenance. Combined with the condition-based maintenance theory and incomplete maintenance model, with the help of discrete Markov Process, deteriorating system condition-based maintenance model is established under the condition of incomplete maintenance. System state equation is listed on the basis of state transition diagram, and analytical algorithms to solve the steady-state availability of the system are presented. Moreover, take maximum availability as optimal goal, the best detection time interval and deteriorating system condition-based maintenance threshold are determined under the condition of incomplete maintenance. Finally, the feasibility of the model and algorithm is verified by measured case data.
