Cyber Physical Systems Integration for Induction Heating Technologies

A new embedded control system for the implementation of induction heating technologies with software and hardware is described in the paper. The objective of this study is to find an optimal variant of a continuous monitoring and fixing of all necessary parameters, including the distribution of temperature in the cross-section of heated loads, which cannot be measured by sensors. The method of solving this approach is development an optimization algorithm in ELTA program and embedding it in a smart power supply. The main result of this work is the development of a number of control system structures based on single-board computers and programmable logic controllers. Embedded in the power supply computation unit has allowed implementing new features for required visualization and analysis of real-time induction heating.
