A Mobile Application to Enrich Chemical Engineering Learning

Challenged by a routine of studies with hundreds of formulas to be decorated, tabulated data search and a series of repeated calculations, the study of exact sciences can be very stressful during a university graduate. For this purpose, a group of students looked at this impasse and developed an iOS app to enhance college students' day. This article presents all the work done in Engineer's ToolKit, a State Equations calculator that brings practicality in pressure, molar mass and temperature calculations. In addition, the app brings a table of pure substance properties, allowing a fast and organized search of data.
