Modified First Fit Decreasing Method for Load Balancing in Mobile Clouds

Mobile Cloud Computing has the expertise to combine the services offered to mobile gadgets and the concept of cloud computing together. There are several amnesties of clouds rendered to Mobile Cloud Computing. Those amnesties are used to dispense tasks to the users. There is a strenuous task done by Mobile Clouds which will send and receive data in a stipulated time. There are several issues to be addressed here such as heterogeneity, bandwidth issues, scalability, etc. Load balancing is one of a primary issue must be dealt with the highest priority in Mobile Cloud Computing. The static and dynamic algorithms are responsible to dispense the load evenly to the available VMs. In this research paper, an offline algorithm is planned to balance the under-utilized and over-utilized processors in MCC.
