Design of a High Precision Low Temperature Drift Oscillation Circuit Based on CMOS Technology

Based on 0.11um CMOS technology, a 32MHz high precision low temperature drift oscillation circuit is designed and implemented. This circuit can achieve ± 0.5% frequency accuracy in the range of 1.2V-1.6V supply voltage and - 40° - 140° temperature. This circuit has an overall area of 0.1mm², low cost and easy integration, which can be widely used as internal oscillator of MCU etc.
