Queueing Models of Systems with Non-Homogeneous Customers and their Applications in Computer Science

In the paper, we present a comparatively new direction of queueing theory named the theory of queueing systems with non-homogeneous (or random volume) customers. We analyze basic principles, performance parameters of the theory and discuss its problems. Some simple examples and results for models of systems with random volume customers are attached as well.
