Effective Loading of the Same Type of Structural Units of a Machine-building Enterprise Using the Method of Pepper Ordering

One of the issues that arise at a large machine-building enterprise is the task of making management decisions on the division of incoming orders by production separations. In the presence of structural units with the same type of technological equipment, determining the direction of distribution the order is a difficult task. In this case, the presence of various production factors has a direct impact on the choice of unit, for example, the speed of execution of orders, the cost of production, the necessary output capacity to fulfill. Determining the most suitable subdivision for manufacturing on the basis of expert judgment does not allow to ensure maximum profit in manufacturing without using mathematical methods. A solution may be the use of information technologies based on various methods that will make it possible to draw up a plan for the efficient distribution of production orders between the same structural units of the enterprise.
