Design of Lease Electronic Record Management System

This study presents a computerized record keeping system for both the estate and marketing manager of Tenancy investment company, these two are responsible for keeping houses and shops tenant record. The proposed system provides easy access, usage, as well as data security. This work also provides a detailed system development method which includes system analysis and system design which explains the systematic method of developing the system. The data used in this work was collected through interview and observation at a particular investment company and their tenants. The system interface was designed using visual basic 6.0 which is self-explanatory where there is save, edit, and add commands.
