Online Identification of Transformer Internal Faults Based on the Parameters of the Operating Mode

This paper investigates the effectiveness of the diagnosing internal damage method to a three-phase power transformer without disconnecting from the network. This method is based on taking into account the correlation between the difference of instantaneous input and output voltage values and the input current of a one transformer phase for various types of faults.
