The extensive misuse contributes to various negative consequences in day to day life particularly in young generation. In foreign countries, about 10.2 percentage of youth faces liquor disorder and prone to acquired treatments. In India, 38.9 percent of young generation is highly affected, where we highly lack in controlling and monitoring aspects. .Usage of non in-vasive bio-monitoring devices would help in accurate measurements. The bio monitoring device is highly applicable for people who are under court ordered parole, such as those convicted To evaluate liquor utilization levels in huge populaces, scientists frequently depend on self-report measures. In any case, these methodologies are related with a few constraints, especially underreporting of driving while intoxicated. This project is focused on developing a secure continuous remote alcohol monitoring (SCRAM) which automatically samples a user’s perspiration every 30 minutes, to measure for consumption. People who are under the custody of parole can be monitored remotely using this device. The device is worn around the ankle and is locked, so that it cannot be removed by the wearer. This gadget can be used for consumption detection through transdermal skin methodology. The benefits of this device are the sensor measures the continuous electrochemical oxidation of ethanol vapour to acetic acid in a small space above the skin enclosed by a foam seal. Estimations can be taken each moment, or incorporated into longer interims [2 minutes, 5 minutes, and so on].
