Special Protection System with Macro VBA-based Descending Method at PT PLN (Persero) South and Central Kalimantan

Special protection system is a load shedding system that dynamically protects the electricity system from total outages. The special protection system used by PT.PLN (Persero) South and Central Kalimantan is an automatic protection system that is able to protect the internal or external disturbance power system that losses power supply suddenly causing separate subsystems from the interconnection grid, releasing loads quickly using GOOSEs communication IEC61850 between IEDs of several substations by connecting the subsystems from the status circuit breaker conditions in each transmission segment.
