The Behavior of Micro-Particles in Solution Based on Optical Coherence Tomography and Beam Analyzer beam analyzer

The behavior of micro-particles in solution is studied and measured based on optical coherence tomography system and beam analyzer. The real-time motion of particles is observed in a noninvasive way. The transmission characteristics is also measured for comparison with refractive signal. Absorption and scattering effects are distinguished by diameter of particles and the concentration of the dye. A measurement scheme combining reflection and transmission is proposed to study the influence mechanism of optical parameters on light transmission. As a conclusion, interferometer system and transmission measurement are an ideal combination to study behavior and optical properties of micro-particles in turbid material.
