Comprehensive Evaluation and Optimized Selection of Mechanical Products Based on Entropy Weight and Analytic Hierarchy Process

In order to provide a reference basis for choosing a relatively more advantaged belt conveyor tensioning device product among various other similar products that have the same function for customers, we set up the mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation and optimized selection in this paper. The evaluation indicators are chosen from the economic, technical and social perspectives products. The superior membership function is used to normalize the different dimensions between the evaluation indicators to get a decision matrix, the entropy weight method and the analytic hierarchy process are used to determine the comprehensive weight values of the evaluation indicators, and the evaluation results are obtained by weighting operations.
