Towards Creating the Network of Situatonal Governance Centers and Decision Making Technologies in Distributed Environments

The paper proposes methodological approaches and concepts for building a network of distributed situational centers for state administration at different levels. The analysis of experience of application of situational centers in the activity of international organizations was conducted. The creation of a unified network of distributed situational centers is based on the methodological principles of coordinating the work of decisionmaking centers in the system of state administration as a joint distributed information system. A conceptual architecture of a joint network of distributed situation-al centers is proposed.
