Digitally Controlled RF Phase Shifter

In this work, the characteristics of known radiofrequency (RF) phase shifter varieties were analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages were identified. Based on the performed analysis, we offer a digitally controlled RF phase shifter, which allows changing the initial phase of the radio frequency oscillation using a computer program. This phase shifter provides a change in the initial phase of RF oscillation within the range from 0 to 360 degrees with a constant oscillation amplitude at the output of the phase shifter in the frequency range from 100 to 1000 MHz.
