Multicriteria Topology Management Ground-to-air Networks

An algorithm proposed for searching the topology of the ground-to-air radio network (GARN) to ensure the connectivity of ground nodes and improve the quality of their service. The search for a solution for the implementation of the target functions of network management is carried out by directed enumeration of options for the position of telecommunication aerial platforms (TA).
