Innovation Strategy and Development Plan of E-Sign Wechat System Based on SWOT-AHP Analysis

E-sign is a WeChat Official Account devoted to online sign-in service. As a college student innovation and entrepreneurship project, E-sign's mission is to open up more customer markets and gain more followers. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis of the internal and external environments of E-sign so as to determine the innovation strategy and development plan to be adopted at the current stage. This paper first applies the SWOT model to qualitatively analyze the factors affecting E-sign through expert consultation and questionnaire survey. Then, using the AHP model, through the questionnaire survey, a quantitative analysis is done to decide the relative importance of each factor in their corresponding category. Finally the most influential factors in each category are picked out for overall comparison, thus determining the strategic quadrilateral and the development strategy for E-sign.
