The study of multi-hop HF radio propagation

This paper studies the energy dissipation of HF radio waves in different propagation situations and the role of HF radio waves in ship communication. For the reflection of HF radio waves on the surface of the sea, we discussed the sea level of calm and wave respectively, and obtained energy changes. Combined with the availability of the signal, the maximum reflection times of HF radio waves in greater than the threshold of SNR are calculated. The reflection of HF radio waves on the ground is also considered from a smooth and rough Angle. Finally, we studied the communication model of ship communication and got the maximum communication time.
