New realization of OFCC Universal TAM filter: A Differentiator based approach

This paper proposes a Differentiator based Universal Trans Admittance Mode (TAM) Filter using Operational Floating Current Conveyor (OFCC). It uses three OFCC Blocks, three grounded resistances and two grounded capacitances. The circuit has high input as well as high output impedance which makes it suitable for interfacing between Voltage Mode and Current Mode circuits. Also, it employs only grounded components which makes it beneficial from fabrication point of view. The pole frequency is electronically tunable using MOS transistor-based implementation of grounded resistances. The functionality of the presented filter is verified by SPICE simulations using 0.5 μm technology parameters from MOSIS (AGILENT).
