Investigation into The RADAR Peformance for Smart Border Management

The number of travelers is increasing day by day in Bangladesh. The number is expected to rise higher quickly. They are entering in Bangladesh through different borders. This will create several problems over the following days. Therefore, Bangladesh needs to enhance security. Bangladesh is looking for new technologies for border management which is essential at the moment. High range RADARs can help in long range detection. RADARs (Radio Detection and Ranging) can detect target in 360° direction. Pulse Doppler RADAR has several advantages over CW RADAR. Range along with velocity can be determined. Higher peak power can be transmitted. We have designed a RADAR data cube of pulse Doppler RADAR. It can be seen that our proposed RADAR is very much beneficial to smart border management and we get expected result to detect object that is moving towards observer at velocity of 200m/s from 30km distance.
