H∞ Fault Detection for Delayed Singular Markovian Jump Systems with Nonlinearity

This paper deals with the H_∞ fault detection problem for a class of singular systems with nonlinearity, time delays and Markov jumping parameters. A mode-dependent Lyapunov- Krasovskii functional approach is utilized to analyze the stochastic admissibility and H_∞ performance of the resulting error system, and then the delay-dependent conditions for the existence of the desired fault detection filter are obtained. These conditions are expressed in the form of strict linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The filter parameters are constructed based on feasible solutions of the obtained LMIs. Finally, a numerical example is employed to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the design method.
