Multi-time Scale Source-load-energy storage Coordination Dispatch Model with Highly Penetrated Wind Power

With the rapid development of wind power, the randomness, volatility and uncertainty of its output increases the regulation pressure of conventional units. Based on the prediction error characteristics of wind power at different time scales, combined with the advantages of transferable load optimization load curve and the flexible power regulation ability of energy storage, a multi-time scale source-load-energy storage coordination dispatch model is established. In this model, transferable load, battery energy storage, and conventional units are combined for modeling, and the transferable load scheduling cost, the energy storage life loss cost, the unit output plan change penalty cost and the wind power consumption benefit are comprehensively considered to realize efficient use of resources. According to the different operation characteristics of source-load-energy storage, the transferable load is used for shaving the peak and filling the valley in the day-ahead scheduling, and the battery energy storage is used for compensating the prediction error in the intra-day rolling scheduling. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified based on a ten-machine system.
