Architecture and Key Technologies of the V2X-based Vehicle Networking

V2X is the key link of vehicle networking technology and an important means to realize intelligent transportation system. V2X enables the vehicle networking platform to acquire real-time road information through information exchange between vehicles and vehicles, between vehicles and road facilities, between vehicles and pedestrians, and between vehicles and mobile internet. After gathering and analyzing the information of the external environment, it can feed back to the vehicle terminal in real time to provide vehicle driving. Intelligent decision-making basis can improve the efficiency of traffic management, reduce the probability of safety accidents, and realize unmanned automatic driving. Firstly, the communication requirement of V2X is discussed, two kinds of V2X technical standards are analyzed, and the technical framework of vehicle networking is given. Secondly, several key technologies for the development of V2X vehicle networking are pointed out. Finally, several typical applications of V2X technology are given.
