Abstract:

Deviant behavior in the workplace can take many forms from corporate fraud to withholding job effort, to verbal and physical abuse and violence. These deviant behaviors are expensive socially, economically and psychologically to both organization and individuals. The present study attempts to understand the impact of organizational stress on workplace The study also analyze emotional intelligence as a moderator between organizational stress and workplace deviant behavior deviance.
