Ideological and Political Construction Practice of College Physical Education Course from the Perspective of Moral Education Based on "Independence-Cooperation-Exploration"

Currently, there are still many insufficiencies and gaps in the practice of mental health, ideological and political education in China's colleges and universities, which has become the development direction of concern and research in the mental health, ideological and political education of contemporary college students. With the physical, ideological and political education contents from the perspective of moral education based on "Independence-Cooperation-Exploration", based on the similarities and differences between the dialectical relations, this paper aims at describing the theoretical basis and guiding ideology for the organic integration of two kinds of education and propose detailed solutions.
